- Produce compelling data visualisations, dashboards, infographics and evidence-based impact summaries.
- Strengthen data quality assurance through routine verification, validation, spot checks and data quality assessments.
- Ensure responsible data collection, secure storage, confidentiality and ethical management of participant information.
3. Programme Monitoring and Performance Reporting
- Coordinate routine monitoring of BOOST programmes across project locations and thematic areas.
- Support programme teams in developing monitoring plans, performance indicator tracking tables and reporting schedules.
- Track progress against programme targets, budgets, workplans and agreed results frameworks.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual and donor-specific performance reports.
- Monitor implementation progress and proactively identify delivery gaps, risks and corrective actions.
- Support donor reviews, monitoring missions, project evaluations, audits and organisational performance assessments.

- Facilitate periodic programme reflection sessions, learning workshops and after-action reviews.
- Document success stories, case studies, promising practices, innovations and lessons learned.
- Translate programme evidence into knowledge products, policy briefs, learning reports and impact publications.

- Ensure monitoring and evaluation processes are inclusive, gender-responsive, youth-centred and sensitive to disability and other dimensions of exclusion.
- Build the capacity of programme staff, field teams, volunteers and implementing partners in results-based management, data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Promote compliance with relevant donor reporting standards, safeguarding requirements and organisational policies.
- Collaborate with programme, finance and communications teams to ensure consistency between implementation results, expenditure reporting and external impact communications.
