Careers privacy notice

Futuremakers Careers uses the information in your talent profile and applications to connect you with employment opportunities and let approved employers manage candidates for their own listings.

CVs and applications

CVs are stored privately. A separate, immutable copy is created for every application submitted through the portal. Only you, authorised platform staff, and the employer that owns that job may access that application document.

Talent directory consent

Your profile appears in the talent directory only when you opt in. Approved employers can view it and download your current CV; those actions are logged. Turning visibility off removes the profile from directory search, but does not remove documents already submitted to an employer.

Retention

Application documents are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the application is no longer active, subject to legal or operational holds. Account and moderation audit records may be retained where required for security and accountability.

Job-alert contact details

If you choose a WhatsApp-ready job alert and provide a phone number, it is stored encrypted for a future direct WhatsApp delivery option. Alerts are sent by email today, and you can remove the alert at any time.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, revoke directory consent, withdraw an eligible application, and contact BOOST to request access or correction of your personal information.
