Careers terms

Futuremakers Careers connects candidates and approved employers. Candidates must provide accurate information and may not apply to roles they own. Employers must post genuine, lawful opportunities and may use candidate data only for recruitment connected to their own listings.

Listings and moderation

BOOST may review, reject, close, expire, or remove listings and suspend companies that breach these terms. Approval does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of employment.

Application methods

Portal applications can be tracked inside Careers. External-link and email actions leave the portal and are recorded only as outbound clicks; Futuremakers cannot confirm completion on third-party services.

Security and access

Employers must protect account access and candidate information. CV downloads and talent-directory access may be audited.
